To request a return:
- Call our customer service team at 1.800.365.3237
- Log in to your account and visit the Order History & Returns Page from the Navigation Panel.
- Click the Returns button for the applicable invoice.
- Select the item and quantity you need to return
- Choose a reason for your return.
- Click Return Checked Items
Our returns department will be in touch to let you know when we will issue a credit and pickup the item.
A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Upon your order arriving, check that everything is accounted for and in proper form.
- Products can be returned within 60 days of being purchased
- Per New York State Law, Eaton cannot accept any food, snacks, beverage, or condiment as a return.
- Any custom (non-defect) orders are non-returnable.
- Assembled furniture is non-returnable. Non-assembled furniture can be returned within 14 days of being purchased.
- Pick ups normally occur with a week of your return request. You will be notified when we will pick up the return.
