Return Policy

We love our customers and want to do everything we can to keep you happy.  This is why we maintain a no hassle return policy.

To request a return:  

  • Call our customer service team at 1.800.365.3237


  • Log in to your account and visit the Order History & Returns Page from the Navigation Panel.  
  1. Click the Returns button for the applicable invoice.
  2. Select the item and quantity you need to return
  3. Choose a reason for your return.
  4. Click Return Checked Items 
For pick ups, please have the product ready to go.  Products must be in their original, unmarked packaging.
  We ask that you place the item where deliveries are normally made.  
For returns outside of WNY we will send you a UPS return label.


  • Upon your order arriving, check that everything is accounted for and in proper form.
  • Products can be returned within 30 days of being purchased
  • Per New York State Law, Eaton cannot accept any food, snacks, beverage, condiment, or medication as a return.
  • Any custom (non-defect) orders are non-returnable including items marked non-returnable on the web-store.
  • Assembled furniture is non-returnable.  Non-assembled furniture can be returned within 14 days of being purchased.
  • Pick ups normally occur within a week of your return request.
  • Please have the item ready for our driver.
